P21, also written P021, is a synthetic tetrapeptide derivative of the ciliary neurotrophic factor peptide mimetic Peptide 6, with an adamantyl group attached to increase lipophilicity and stability. The parent sequence corresponds to an active region of CNTF. It has been studied in laboratory neurotrophic and neurogenesis models.
