Description

FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic retro-inverso peptide derived from the FOXO4 transcription factor, built entirely from D-amino acids in reverse sequence order. This construction preserves the spatial arrangement of sidechains while making the peptide highly resistant to proteases. It is designed to interfere with the FOXO4-p53 interaction, and is fused to a cell-penetrating sequence to allow entry into cultured cells. First described in 2017. Supplied as a white lyophilized powder. Strictly for research purposes only.
