Description

CJC-1295 (no DAC), also called Modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic 29-amino acid peptide and modified analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). First synthesized in the early 2000s, it replicates the first 29 amino acids of native GHRH with four strategic substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27 that resist cleavage by dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPP-IV). The ‘no DAC’ label means this version lacks the Drug Affinity Complex used in the longer-acting variant. Supplied as a lyophilized powder, soluble in water.
