Description

SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule agonist of the estrogen-related receptors, a family of orphan nuclear receptors that regulate genes involved in mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism. It shows pan-ERR activity with preference for the ERR-alpha isoform. First described in the early 2020s and studied in laboratory models of exercise-associated metabolic signalling.
